People aged 18 to 39 will receive a fourth dose of Merida from June 27 to July 2
Places will be in the vaccination center of the Yucatan Congress Center “Siglo XXI” and the unit created in the sports unit “Villa Palmira”.
This operation will be carried out in coordination with the Ministry of Welfare, the Armed Forces and the Merida City Council.
Mérida, Yucatan, June 24, 2022. – From Monday, June 27 to Saturday, July 2, a new phase of vaccination against the Coronavirus will be implemented, in which the fourth dose will be applied to people between the ages of 18 and 39. Merida, through which this process continues to progress at a good pace in the entity, the Yucatan Ministry of Health (SSY) and the Ministry of Welfare reported.
At this point, the dosage of the drug company AstraZeneca will be applied and places will be in the vaccination center of the Yucatan Congress Center “Siglo XXI” and the unit created in the sports unit “Villa Palmira”, with opening hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
On this day, which will start on Monday and end on Saturday, people over the age of 18 who have not been vaccinated or who have missed a dose may also attend to complete their scheme.
This operation will be carried out in coordination with the Ministry of Welfare, the Armed Forces and the Mérida City Council, and, according to the established calendar, will be carried out according to the month of birth:
- On Monday, June 27, the dose will be applied to people between the ages of 18 and 39, born in January and February.
- Tuesday, June 28, corresponds to people whose birth month is March and April.
- Wednesday, June 29 for those born in May and June.
- Thursday, June 30, born in July and August.
- The first Friday of July will be the beginning of September and October.
- – Finally on Saturday 2 July to November and December.
On the other hand, it is stated that the registration process for the vaccination of minors between the ages of 5 and 11 is open, and can be done through the Federal Government platform on the website.
Likewise, it is confirmed that those people over the age of 18 who have not received any vaccine or need to complete their coronavirus scheme, can go to the permanent units located in Merida and within the state, with opening hours from Monday to Friday. From 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
In the case of Mérida, the units are located in the urban health center in the Santa Rosa district of SSY and family medicine units No. 59 of IMSS and the Institute for Security and Social Services for State Workers (Issste). In the Lindavista district.
