2023 Dodge Challenger and Charger Scat Pack Swinger Join the Party for Last Call As promised, the latest Dodge Last Call special editions were revealed today – meet the 2023 Challenger rims and the Charger Skatback Swinger. Both will be limited to 1,000 units each and come exclusively in a wide body style. The name “Swinger” is a throwback to the original Dart Swinger, which combined the performance of the Scat Pack with a “cool” interior and exterior.

“The name says it all – the originals had a unique and fun feel, and that’s the same reaction we’d hope with the 2023 Dodge Challenger and Charger R/T Scat Pack Swinger models,” Tim Kuniskis, CEO of the Dodge brand, said in a statement. “Dodge Swinger models have always held a unique place in the Dodge builder of powerful cars, and these modern models bring that fun to life.”

Outside, both special editions are available in one of three paint colors: F8 Green, Sublime Green or White Knuckle. Both feature Gold-tone accents on the front grille and fender badges, green Swinger graphics on the rear and 20-inch Gold School wheels. The Charger has additional gold school accents on the trunk lid, while the Challenger has the same on its rear spoiler and adds a Gold School Shaker entry. Dodge recommends choosing one of two green paint colors for a green-green throwback Swinger.

Inside, both models come equipped with the Plus package and have Nappa leather and Alcantara upholstery with green stitching and a green Dodge Rhombi logo stitched into the seat backs. Interior touches include a nod to the classic and fun Swinger wood trim with Mod Grain aluminum “wood-like” trim and a green Swinger badge on the dashboard.

Pricing will be announced closer to when orders open this fall, and as with all 2023 chargers and chargers, allocations for the Scat Pack Swinger Special Editions will be posted on DodgeGarage.com, and consumers can then contact the dealer of their choice. Two more special editions of Last Call will be announced on September 14 and 21, with the seventh and final Last Call model making its debut at the Specialty Equipment Market Association Show in Las Vegas, scheduled for November 1-4.
