2023 Mazda CX-9 Drops Sport Trim, Starting Price Scales $40,000 With Mazda returning with minimal changes for 2023, the cost of its acceptance will rise dramatically for all but one model as the family hauler loses its basic sporty design, making the Touring the more affordable option. The three-row SUV is the latest to hit the automaker’s string of price hikes after the new, compact model.

powertrain

The SUV produces 227 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque on regular fuel, and boosts the maximum power and torque premium to 250 hp and 320 lb-ft. Mazda’s i-Activ all-wheel drive system is once again standard on all models.
