Ford Recalls Super Duty, Lincoln Continental Over Cloudy Backup Cameras Ford issued its third major recall this month, the latest in which it recalled more than 277,000 of its Super Duty range of heavy-duty pickups and Continental sedans from Lincoln’s luxury arm. The problem stems from the car’s 360-degree camera system.

The affected vehicles include more than 277,000 2017-2020 F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty pickups equipped with the Ultimate Trailer Tow Camera System, as well as the 2017-20 Continentals equipped with the 360-degree camera system. Deterioration of the camera’s anti-reflective lens coating can result in a blurry or blurry image of the rear view camera, which can reduce the driver’s vision behind the vehicle and increase the risk of an accident.

Dealers will replace the rear view camera for free to solve the problem.
