  • 30gm almonds, cut into large pieces
  • 50 grams of dried apricots
  • 30g dried mango
  • 40 grams of large raisins
  • 1 tablespoon honey

How to prepare:

Put the honey in a saucepan on the stove over low heat and heat for a few seconds. Then mix with organic oatmeal, chopped almonds, dried apricots, dried mango and raisins. In a carefully lined oven tray, the granola should be checked carefully so that it does not turn brown too much. It’s ready when the beans, almonds, and dried fruits are crunchy and have a light brown appearance. Take the tray out of the oven and leave to cool. Store granola in completely dry, clean glass jars. Consume with yogurt, milk, vegetable yogurt and vegetable milk. Especially if you choose milk or yogurt, you can add fresh granola alongside it. Bon appetite!
